Plans
Summary
LightVela offers four plans—Launch, Cruise, Launch AI, and Cruise AI—covering everything from a light first try to high-frequency use. Each plan activates a Hermes Agent in a dedicated cloud runtime with its own CPU, memory, and storage, where the agent stays online 24/7 without a server to buy or a local deployment to maintain. Plans differ in runtime resources, storage capacity, and monthly AI credits, while core capabilities such as self-improvement, multi-channel access, skills, automated tasks, and long-term memory remain available across tiers. This page also explains refund rules and the email-based application process. Live pricing and availability are shown on the subscribe page.

What is a plan?
A plan is the resource package that activates a Hermes Agent on LightVela. After you activate any currently available plan, LightVela assigns you a dedicated cloud runtime with its own CPU, memory, and storage. Your Hermes Agent can stay online 24/7 without requiring you to buy a server or deploy anything locally.
The main differences between tiers are the runtime resources, dedicated storage, and monthly AI-credit allocation. Core Agent capabilities—including adaptive behavior, multiple channels, skills, automations, and long-term memory—remain available across tiers.
Real-time prices, inventory, discounts, and purchase availability are shown on the Subscribe page. The values below describe the current resource structure, standard list prices, and AI-credit allocation.
Plan details
Four plans are currently available: Launch, Cruise, Launch AI, and Cruise AI. Launch and Cruise are for users who already have their own large-model API Key. Launch AI and Cruise AI provide higher AI-credit allocations for more frequent conversations, skills, and automations.

Plan change rules
Direct upgrades, switches, or downgrades on an active plan are not currently supported. When an existing plan is active, the Subscribe page prioritizes marking your current plan. To continue using the same plan, renew it to extend the validity period. To change plans, refer to the actual options currently available on the account page and Subscribe page.
Plan lifecycle
After a plan expires, plan benefits are suspended after 1 day. Data is retained for 14 days from the expiration date. After the retention period ends, the data is released and cannot be recovered.
